Redbridge Safeguarding Children Partnership (RSCP) is a statutory partnership of professionals working together to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people. The RSCP has a range of roles and responsibilities including developing local safeguarding policy and procedures, challenging and scrutinising local arrangements, and raising awareness of safeguarding issues in the community.

This website offers information, advice and guidance to professionals working with children, young people and families in Redbridge.

If you have concerns about a child’s welfare or suspect that a child is being neglected or abused, please telephone Redbridge Council on:

  • 020 8708 3885 from 09:00 to 17:00; or
  • 020 8708 5897 after 17:00 and at weekends

Alternatively, you may complete and submit a Multi-Agency Referral Form (MARF)  to CPAT.referrals@redbridge.gov.uk.  A Word version of the MARF is available to download.

Your concerns will be properly considered and acted upon by a senior officer.
